Activity-Based Focus
Break down operations by actual activities rather than traditional accounting categories. Shows where resources really go.
Building financial expertise through practical business activity analysis and strategic insight development
We started with a simple observation back in 2019. Small business owners in South Korea's manufacturing sector were drowning in spreadsheets but still couldn't answer basic questions about their operations.
Our Story
What began as consulting work with three textile manufacturers evolved into something larger. We realized most businesses weren't lacking data—they were lacking interpretation.
Started with focus on textile and light manufacturing sectors in Gyeonggi-do. Our first client had seventeen years of financial records but couldn't identify which product lines actually generated profit. We spent three months building custom analysis frameworks.
After working with twelve businesses, we noticed something. The same analytical questions appeared repeatedly across different industries. We began standardizing our approach while maintaining flexibility for sector-specific variables. This year marked our shift from pure consulting to education development.
Developed structured learning programs teaching business owners and managers how to perform their own activity analysis. First cohort included participants from electronics manufacturing, food processing, and logistics sectors. Response showed us we were addressing a genuine knowledge gap.
Now supporting businesses across South Korea with practical financial analysis education. Our next program starts September 2025. We're working with companies ranging from small operations to mid-sized manufacturers, all looking to understand their numbers better without hiring full analytics teams.
How We Work
Most financial analysis services hand you a report and walk away. We think that's backwards. You need to understand the methodology so you can spot problems and opportunities as they emerge, not weeks later when someone else tells you.
Our approach comes from six years working directly with business operations. We've seen what works when people actually need to make decisions under pressure.
Break down operations by actual activities rather than traditional accounting categories. Shows where resources really go.
Before touching financial data, we map how work actually flows through your business. Numbers make sense when you understand context.
Small group education with participants from different sectors. Cross-industry perspective often reveals insights single-company analysis misses.

Time previously spent trying to extract insights from financial reports
Participants reporting improved understanding of cost drivers
Mid-sized operation in Suwon producing specialized connectors. They knew revenue was growing but profit margins seemed to be shrinking. Traditional accounting reports weren't revealing why.
After completing our program in early 2024, their finance manager identified that setup times for small-batch orders were consuming far more resources than pricing reflected. They adjusted their quote structure based on actual activity costs rather than material percentages.
